My goal is to lose 15 lbs and transform my body .I have reach my set goal .Now it's time to set more goals.
Goal (Long):
All my life i have been fighting with my weight .Either I was to heavy or getting to skinny.lol When I had my 40th birthday I decided to change my life and try to eat healthy and exercise more.
Today , I didn't feel like going to the gym so I worked out at home and it was a great workout. I believe the weather outside had a lot to do with my mode.
Hey there. I think your best option would be to do some cardio. What worked best for me was the cross training machine because it allows you to burn more calories than any other cardio exercises. Remember any cardio you do needs to last longer than 20 minuts. I do it before and after my weight training everyday. Stretch your legs after every cardio session to avoid pain and injuries. If you want to loose weight you need to run. even if you have to start out with just a fast walk.. just do a mile a day.. EVERY day.. and then start doing a half mile more in a couple weeks.. every day is the key to success i promise

If you want to burn off fat use medium weights, enough to go all out at the 10th or 12th rep. Do 30 min of cardio every other day if possible first thing in the am. Good luck!
