Today , I didn't feel like going to the gym so I worked out at home and it was a great workout. I believe the weather outside had a lot to do with my mode.

I am doing a 15 mile bike ride for a charity called The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. It is a camp for kids with cancer and other serious illnesses. If you want to burn off fat use medium weights, enough to go all out at the 10th or 12th rep. Do 30 min of cardio every other day if possible first thing in the am. Good luck!

How did I transform myself? Well, first of all it takes time and dedication. Second: diet. That doesn't mean starving. It means eating a small meal 6 times a day to fire up your metabolism.
