I want to reduce my bodyfat level below 15%. I specifically want to shrink my waist measurements and thicken my glutes and lats. Fitness-wise, I want to be able to perform 1 proper pull-up and be able to bench my bodyweight. Also, Im in the navy and I never could max out the run portion of it. I have to be able to run 1.5 miles in under 9:47 minutes to get the outstanding high for a female 20-24 yrs old. The best time I ever got was 10:30 min. I'm close so with a little sprint training I can get there.
