Deep (less than a foot off the ground) and narrow stance squats. Heavy step-up lunges. SLDL's are badass and nearly all I do for Hamstrings (close-medium-wide stances). High rep leg extensions. Bread and butter, superset Back Squats and Front Squats ATG style!ATG FTW!

What chest workout has worked best for you?
Lots of Incline Work @ different angles. Cable Cross-overs at different angles and speeds.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
High repetitions w/ very little rest; make the muscle hurt to near cramp
