Abs 2006 Rear Lat Spread
Abs looked probably the best they ever have and I had a tan to go with it.  Just got back from training Lats; tons of Wide-Grip Pull-Ups tonite. Lats had a nice pump.

What leg workout has worked best for you?
ATG FTW!
Deep (less than a foot off the ground) and narrow stance squats. Heavy step-up lunges. SLDL's are badass and nearly all I do for Hamstrings (close-medium-wide stances). High rep leg extension...more

Lots of Incline Work @ different angles. Cable Cross-overs at different angles and speeds.

High repetitions w/ very little rest; make the muscle hurt to near cramp
