How I Started:
Ive had many forays into the fitness world, especially in high school. Yet I had trouble staying motivated to keep consistantly at it. Then, I remember working for a hotel in 2007. I would notice all these people who were 30-40 years old and would move like 60 year old people. I swore to myself to never let me get that bad. Since, my goals have changed. I saw the results I had wanted and, as naturally expected, I wanted more. I have since been into a total body transformation, focusing mainly on building muscle and enhancing my physique.
Why I Love It:
There is always a challenge. No matter how far you get, you can always go further.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping a goal in sight and good music
BB Accomplishments:
I have gone from 250 lbs and 40 percent body fat to 155 lbs and 9 percent body fat in the span of 1 year. Since, I have put on @%lbs of muscle and managed to keep body fat content somewhere around 8 percent. I am finally able to lift 150 percent my weight in the bench and pullup and 500 percent my weight in leg press.
