Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder. Still struggle a little now and then but resting it helped and band exercises.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not using proper form or lifting too much
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?

for my abs? yes i do, basically work them out everyday for twenty minutes, 6 days a week...and lose a little more weight, they should come out hopefully after that
