Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder. Still struggle a little now and then but resting it helped and band exercises.

I feel like shit and really don't want to train tonight. Sometimes you just gotta get there and get through it. If anyone has any encouraging words I would love to hear them.

for my abs? yes i do, basically work them out everyday for twenty minutes, 6 days a week...and lose a little more weight, they should come out hopefully after that
