Time for a cut. Looking for 190lbs. By april 1. Starting point is at 213. Diet is back on in full swing and no more beer.
Goal (Long):
Over the next three months I am going to try and increase my aerobic endurance through cardio and interval lifting. Looking forward to the extra calorie burn from these workouts and the fat loss to come.
Looking to squat and dealift 300lbs+ for reps and bench 225lbs for reps.
Also going to increase balance and speed over this next period.
As always the time from August til the new year is always the hardest for me to keep my self control on how much to eat. I still eat well but for some reason my volume of food always goes up during this time. I have crept back up about 10lbs. since August. This is not what I was attempting to do....
It is all about diet. I am just starting to cut and am documenting all of my workouts and eating in my bodyblog. Feel free to check it out and ask any questions. Good luck!

things are goin ggreat. I had an awesome workout tonite. I saw muscls tonite I never kenw I had. now to diet and let them show.
