Simply Increase Shoulder and Chest Size while defining my arms. my arms are already big for my size... kinda looks unproportioned:not my fault
Goal (Long):
i wanna be able to have my shoulders pop out of my shirt. i'm thinking that it will take roughly 3 1/2 months to see some serious improvement from that. My chest builds easy but i sadly dont have that many weights; a pair of 25lbs, 10 lbs, and 4 lbs (simply for endurance training.. it hurts) at home. tips are apperciated! so keep um comming
