I originally got interested in the sport when I was 12 as a way to even u the odds with my older brother. Since then, I haven't stayed on a consistant work-out scedule but I'm changing that now.
Why I Love It:
I love it because I like feeling strong and confident and working out does that for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by constantly learning something and building upon my knowledge, not just in fitness. Excercising my mind helps inspire me to excercise my body.
I also really like fitness challenges.
BB Accomplishments:
Not much now, but I've been to a few competitions.

Just overall develop a better looking more appealing body and stay healthy.
Goal (Long):
I've always dreamed of having a great looking body. Back in high school, I was ripped and had some mass, I just didn't realize it at the time and let myself slip a bit. I recentally found some pictures from high school with my shirt off and I looked way better back then! My goal now is to get back to that and look even better. I have a girlfriend whom I'm serious with and I don't only want to satisfy her but I also want to impress her with the body I build while I'm deployed.

I want to LOSE 15 lb

Well, I can say, I didn't come back with the superbod I wanted, infact, I put on 20lbs. I got a membership to Thrive in Oak Harbor and I already hit the weights hard today and am feeling pretty strong for not having worked out in a month.
