I stay in the 8-12 rep range. I also do a lot of drop sets

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I usually super set exercises...i find I can get more out of my workout that way. Rarely do I do Pre exhaust training

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
minor tear in bicep. I just saw talked to a friend who is a physical therapist and didn't do bi's or tri's for 2 weeks. It eventually healed on its own. Very lucky
