My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

I Start My Day With Swimming For 2 Hours, My Club Is Near My House Then Go TO Gym

I Split My Week Into 3 Workouts and only 2 days to gym because the 

gym is far away from my house

Workout 1 : Swimming ( 45 min low-moderate , 35 min HIIT , 40 min low-moderate )

Workout 2 : Back , Biceps , Shoulder

Workout 3 : Triceps , Chest , Leg

Mon : Workout 1

Tue : Workout 1

Wed : Workout 1 and 3

Thr : Workout 1

Fri : Free Day 

Sat : Workout 1

My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

Since I Do Lot Of Swimming Cutting Carbs Not A Good Idea So I Follow The ( .30% P. 40% C. .30% F. Macro )

Never Had A Food List But I HA calorie And Macro Counter So I Calculate Every Thing 

but This one is like mine 

Breakfast : Omlette ( 3 Whole eggs With Sunflower oil )

After 30 min : 2 Cups OF Black Beans

Before Swim : 4 Cups Of Green Tea

During Swim : 2 Pita Bread , 3 whole eggs , feta chesse 

After Swim : 1 Chicken Breast , Salad , 1 Pita Bread

+3 Hours After That Meal : A Cup Of Lupin ( High Source Of Protien )
