How I Started:
First by looking at one of my god-brothers muscle mags. Two of my god-brothers were about 6'2" and about 260lbs which was very big in the mid to late 70's.
Why I Love It:
They way u can transform ur body almost at will with hard work plus the feel of the pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read muscle mags and like it when people mistake me for being in my late 20's early 30's even though I'll be 42 this year.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't competed as of yet but will next year if I can catch up with some of my old lifting partners.

Goal (Long):
Prior to back injury, I was 235 lbs with about 12% body fat without having to eat strictly clean. But back in 1999, I could bench 415 lbs x 5 and squat 720 lbs x 10 at the weight of 205 lbs. and stayed around 8-10% bodyfat. I could also still run around a 10.5 hundred meter dash. So at my age now, I would love to be at 225 lbs and 8% bodyfat and possibly compete in a year or two if time permits.
