How I Started:
It's been quite awhile since i've been bodybuilding... now i'm back at it and hanging on for the ride.I usually can gain 6 40-50 pounds of muscle withing 6-7 months of training naturally.Almost all of what i will be regaining is lost muscle tissue from starvation dieting and over a years lack of training.
I've always enjoyed lifting heavy weights .I'd lift when i could at school to try to put on muscle but really had no clue what i was doing back then. I had taken an intro to weight training class where we trained on an Universal Gym.That was when i was 13 i weighed around 170lbs. I recall my best bench was 185lbs without much formal training. I got locked up at 14 with a 2.5 year sentence.Not much to do in jail.Anyways, One day i was reading an old muscle mag issue on Arnold Schwarzenegger.
He got me hooked.
Foolishly i believe that i too could look like him without steroids.
I began lifting every chance i could while in jail and went on to compete in the annual Ironman competition held for the incarcerated youth. I was 16 and won the Ironman beating over 300 other guys up to 21 years in age. My closest competitor was 100 points behind me. I couldn't believe how well i had done.My best lifts back then was 275 on a flat bench, 315 on decline, and 1,046 on leg press.
The rest as they say is history and here i am...
The rate at which i grow muscle is tremendously fast.The first week is usually a gain of 10 -12 pounds and there after it slows down.I either have to reduce my training volume or increase my rest and calories to continue gaining a pound every 2-3 days.My body has a hard time keeping up with the nutritional requirements so i often i force feed myself.
Why I Love It:
Lifting really heavy weights.
The power and adrenaline high of being the biggest, baddest mother****er in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I take out my anger on weights, there's allot of anger.Rock & Metal workout Music, Seeing Weight Gains,Watching the pro's.
