How I Started:
I used to play alot of Rugby when I was back in the UK and was really fit, over the last 5 years I have let my fitness drop. Then I was involved in a car crash and damaged my back, so I put on even more weight.
Why I Love It:
The great feeling you get after finishing a great session and the energy being fitter gives you.

I like my Fuzion a lot actually.. same feeling with the rockets! Bad thing is it's only at a certain chain of stores in middle to northern cali and I moved down to San Diego... so I'm shopping around for a new creatine/NO booster.. Gaspari seems pretty legit.
You can give in a little bit! Just don't go on a binge! Are you giving yourself a cheat day? Always helps me with cravings for the rest of the week. Keep it up! You can do it!
