My fitness goal is drop my body fat down to the teens. I'm currently at 24% but was at 22% just a few months ago. Starting this 12 week challenge will be exactly what I need to really push myself to get my body fat down and gain some muscle.

Background

When I Started: Feb 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I got started working out in February 2011. I got tired of doing fad diets and wanted to take back control of my body.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I LOVE lifting weights!!!! It is like heaven to me. I get in my own little zone and push myself until my muscles are shaking. It's my me time and I feel so proud of myself when I finish.
