I have been messing around in the gym for over 12 years and I want to get serious.
Goal (Long):
I am currently 6'1" and about 197 lbs. I would like to gain quality muscle and decrease my bodyfat. I am very active, but haven't really been serious or committed to any one activity. I have lifted for several years and have a decent starting point to acheive my goals. Wish me luck.
