Best for lean muscle mass. But a combination of egg, soy and whey would probably be more sufficient.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I don't follow a nutrition plan per say. I just make sure to eat balanced meals consisting of good carbs (sweet potato, quinoa, oatmeal, fruits & veggies, off course), proteins (egg whites, fish, protein shakes) and healthy fats (coconut oil, nuts)I don't follow a nutrition plan per say.
