Got tiered of being the slowest and the biggest with no real strenght too show.
Why I Love It:
I love the filling of being exausted after having a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just love going I have my own weights but like getting out of the house. The worse the weather the more likely I am to get to the gym.

I lost nearly 80 pounds since getting into lifting.

Goal (Overall):
I would like to get my body in the best shape as possible.
Goal (Long):
My main focus would be to gain abs that show.If anyone knows any suppliments or routines for this it would be greatly appriciated. My other goals are to increase my overall body strenght. I would oneday like to be able to bench press 325 squat 380 and power clean 250. I have lifted constantly for about three years. I have never used supplements before and have no idea about what to use. I am currently taking physical conditioning and have a squat of 280, bench press of 250, and clean of 215. My Strength gains have not slowed down however I would like to start taking supplements to assist in loosing weight, gaining abs and getting stronger faster. I am currently considering taking BSN Cheaters Relief, Cell mass, N.O.-XLODE, and Flax seed Oil. If anyone knows anything wrong with this comments would greatly be appreciated I would like to start by March 9th. 2009.

Syntha-6 and NoXplode are two different things. i'm still using them both. NoXplode is creatine based while Syntha-6 is a protein. what'd you wanna know about AtroPhex?
