What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I dont care, sometimes i breath loudly when its real heavy

Tough to say bro, alot of factors come into play including genetics, activity level, stress level, sleep, nutrition, intensity level training, and supplementation. If you can do well with most of these factors then you can do very well!
