How I Started:
I was diagnosed with arthritis, became weak and malnourished from not eating or exercising. I than made the decision to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I feel strong, healthy and have something to look forward to.
How I Stay Motivated:

This is me at a whopping 70kg/154lbs, I had 12 inch guns and a ripped mid section a stunning example of the general population. Yes, I am taking dat dere celltech. Seriously though being skinny fat is no way to go through life.

Thats what its all about bro. . Defy the odds, personal evolution. . . . I have an operation on my knee tomorrow, they say if they cant fix it i will never be able to train my legs again. . . . . We will see about that . . .
