How I Started:
I played football my Freshman year of Highschool but didn't like it much, I did however love all the lifting we did in the spring. So I quit football and kept lifting. However, I travel a lot throughout summer which makes it hard to keep working out so I mainly lift during the school year and lose progress during the summer, something I'm hoping to change.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because in the gym if you wanna prove something you just do it, you can talk all the mess you want about how much you can bench but all someone needs to say is "do it" and you'll be proved wrong or right. You are who you are in the gym, your abilities are out there for people to see.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be as big and well proportioned as I can possibly be. I have the metabolism of a snail so it's reletively "easy" for me to put on mass, especially fat, so I know that I have to work hard and eat right if I want to gain serious muscle and keep it on even after dieting down for a competition. This keeps me in line most of the time.
BB Accomplishments:
My only major accomplishment thus far is competing in the 2005 Texas Shredder here in Austin, I took 2nd Collegiate and 4th Novice Heavyweight, I hope to be adding more later.

Goal (Long):
Ultimately I want to be in incredible shape and maintain it. I am tired of getting into shape and then falling back out of shape due to increased workload while I'm in School or even laziness. Basically I just want to get into a healthy way of living and then stay there. I would like to get my bodyfat down to around 8-10% and keep it there, I want to be pretty massive, somewhere around 230-240 at 8-10%. I know this will only be possible if I buckle down and stay focused so right know my goal is to get in that mindset and stay there.
