nickjasper i was loosing around 2-3lb a week. i was eating 500n below TDEE. But also doing cardio at 25 mins x 2 times a day .. 7 days a week. so i was in a overall deficit of around 1000 calories a day.. not healthy, and you feel like **** Id suggest finding out TDEE, then just eating 500 calories below that, will work better for you, feel better also. nickjasper thanks mate. for them results, i followed kris gethins 12 week trainer, which was low fat - low, no sugar. i was on around 500 calorie deficit thou and doing cardio 50 mins a day for 12 weeks. but now i have done a lot of research about calories, working out. as long as you hit your minimum protein, fat intake. and keep at your calorie deficit-surplus.. you will gain or lose weight no matter what you eat after hitting macros.
