This is my before shot. Obviously too fat, not to mention a cheap camera.
This is me at my best at the end of summer 2006. After this I took a much needed break from restricting myself after a year long initial cut. This is where I will be again at the *beginning* of this summer (2007).
My goal is to achieve a body fat of less than 10% for the summer.
Goal (Long):
I will achieve a body composition of 10% or less body fat by summer through proper exercise and nutrition. I've gotten there before (last summer) after an initial cut spanning a full year. I took a much needed break from restricted diet for the holidays, but the new year is here and I plan to get to an even lower body fat this time. I'll worry about the longer term goal once I reach 10% though.
I am eating approximately 2400 cals per day with a 40/40/20 P/C/F macronutrient split and training 3-4 days per week. My training is strongly focused on the large compound movements, however I do perform one or two isolation movements at the end of a workout if mood and strength permit.
I'd kind of forgotten about this blog. Quick update is in order I suppose :). I now weigh in at just below 177 lbs, which is my all time low weight. My main concern at this point is whether or not I've lost LBM since I'm not lifting as much as I should. I wouldn't say I'm completely neglecting...
