This is probably the most recent picture I have of myself without bringing out the camera now haha. It is of myself with my mother-in-law. I chose it because it is before I started to gain weight with my daughter. It is the closest to what I look like now.
I would like to become a healthier more active person.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose around 100 pounds so I can be at the appropriate weight for my height. It would be great to wear a bikini for the first time! I want to stun my husband. I also want to become more fit and active for my family. I want to be able to do outdoor activities without becoming tired. I would love more energy throughout the day. I want to be more confident about myself. I want to look and be healthy!
So Thanksgiving is this week and I was wondering what everyone's plans are? Are you spending it with your family or doing your own dinner? My husband and I are cooking our own dinner. I am excited about that because I LOVE to cook. He works night shift and does have to work that night so it...
WOW, where have I been Heather? YOU have really slimmed down, I totally can see it. DO keep up the good work, do NOT become discouraged, if you do (we all do), give me a buzz! Missy come running! ~Missy
Hi Heather! :D I totally "partied" this weekend and ate so much junk! O.o This week I plan to get back on track diet wise, so I can train at full capacity, need to get some more speed training in...simple as that. :D Sometimes simple goals are just what the doctor ordered! Keeps the motivation up when we succeed! ~Missy
Heather I have missed you, ty for saying hi! Yes the speed feels wonderful, as long as you don't hit it too hard. I try to do the speed workouts earlier in the day because they make me so hyper. I think I was up rather late last week after those 400's. What are your goals for next week? ~Missy
I am incredibly honored as well as truly humbled that you said you find me inspirational. It is people like you here at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allowing me to continue believing that fitness truly can make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
lol you have no idea how excited I am for a break... :D
You look AWESOME!!! I can definitely see some progress, im so excited for you!! Keep it up girly! :D
I just stopped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. Exercising and a proper nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) feel and look better than we ever have. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve all you dream of on your fitness journey. Believe and achieve.
You ARE doing well! I ALMOST punked out last night- had a little tiff with the man- but I dragged my butt in there and I think I did a decent first workout. Gotta go back tonight and get the rhythm back. Have a great day!
