How I Started:
I have been shamefully holding on to this goal of losing weight and becoming healthy for my family and myself and now that my daughter is here and depending on my it's time to quit procrastinating and get my out of shape tuckus in gear haha : )
Why I Love It:
I always feel so good about myself and I love seeing the changes take place. It's great seeing my goals achieved

My husband helps me stay motivated as well as my daughter. I want to be a better person for them.

This is probably the most recent picture I have of myself without bringing out the camera now haha. It is of myself with my mother-in-law. I chose it because it is before I started to gain weight with my daughter. It is the closest to what I look like now.
I would like to become a healthier more active person.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose around 100 pounds so I can be at the appropriate weight for my height.It would be great to wear a bikini for the first time! I want to stun my husband. I also want to become more fit and active for my family. I want to be able to do outdoor activities without becoming tired. I would love more energy throughout the day. I want to be more confident about myself. I want to look and be healthy!

Awesome! Glad you are liking HIIT.. it the only way I can force myself to do cardio lol. Unless im outside and distracted by a frisbee or on a bike I HATE Machines.
My sister in law had a baby on my birthday almost two years ago and everytime I see my niece i am stunned at how much bigger and developed she is getting! its so crazy and hard to keep up with lol
School is the usual.. endless tests and evaluations but ONE day I'll be done and can have a life.. yay!! :D

Haha I have to do that too! I bought a weight watchers scale with built in fat percentage/bone mass measurements and thought it would be one of the best but it is so finicky!! Oh well, Im feeling some changes now so I dont need that stupid thing :P
Wow congrats!!! That is some awesome progress right there... keep it up and you'll be where you want in no time! And definitely keep doing the strength training, just remember to start slow. It will be the most beneficial towards weight loss overall.
good here.. my scale is mean and always gives me really crazy readings. Sometimes it will say one thing, and if i get back on in two minutes its totally different lol, but the measurements went down :)
Excellent! Well it doesnt matter when you get the days off.. just as long as you get them lol.
Im in dental school.. have three more Loooonng years though lol. Weekend was good, got to see the bf and trying to do some relaxing before school starts again next week :(

Its tough! But I get up a little early and do about 20 mins of HIIT or plyometrics, then hit the gym in the evening for about an hour or less. I used to not think I had the time since Im in grad school and I have multiple tests every week, but I started finding little chunks of the day that I wasted and instead of doing that I go to teh gym.. it makes me feel so much better its totally worth it!!

Hey you! Week was great! I stuck to my diet and worked out every single day at least once but mostly twice except yesterday (accidental rest day lol) and im about to hit the gym again today.
