Background

When I Started: Mar 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I actually have been using this site for a couple years now on and off. It is an amazing site with so much help and support. Really everything anyone would need to achieve any kind of goal they have. I have just been a slacker : / So time to get back to it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I don't love working out. Honestly. I love the way it feels after, I love the confidence and the fact that it makes me healthier every time I do it. There is a consistency there that is comforting. If you stick with it, it will never fail, and if you do let it go, it's always waiting to welcome you back : )

First week back

I just entered my first progress stats and even though it doesn't show it (bc there is no previous entries) I lost 3 lbs this week. Pretty good start. I wanted to type more, but I think I'll leave it at that tonight. I am tired, I still need a shower (just got in from cardio) and my husband wants dinner before he goes to work. BUT I have been eating clean and working out. I can't wait to see what the scale and more importantly the measuring tape does after this week now that I have everything entered officially. I need to get a pic up, prob tomorrow. Speaking of tomorrow...weights. Have a good...

Starting Fresh

Even though I have been on bodyspace for a while off and on I have been a real slacker. I have a TERRIBLE problem with staying consistent. I go really well for a few weeks start seeing real results and then just stop. Not really great for achieving my goals so this week I have started fresh. I got back into the website yesterday and will be posting pics and measurements soon. I posted my workout from today on workout tracker. That is the first time I have used it and I like it. It's pretty cool the way it graphs it out. I have also posted what supps I am taking. ...I am eating clean and stayin...

will76 well we'll see how the whole bringing back the rest day works. i think it works out well because it helps me want to get back into the gym. i get antsy a little bit. i primarily did the two rest days so now i can hang out with people during lunch and not be committed to the gym... helps with recovery too. :) have a great weekend! will76 things are going well... my family was in town so took about a week or more off to just spend time with them. i got antsy at times, but thank goodness we were on the go or doing something to distract me. lol. now that i've been back, it feels so good. decided to bring back my rest days to 2 rather than use them as cardio days. will76 gotcha... heather, i have issues sometimes interpreting what people are trying to tell me. usually i'm good but then there's moments where it's an epic failure. lmao. yeah summer is the time where everyone wants to look good. i've upped my cardio and have taken a different look at my diet. we'll see how april goes. then i'm going to try usplabs's fat burner for may. the real month where stuff NEEDS to happen. lol. will76 it's ok... the only reason why i am on here is to track my progress is all. also to read some articles and such. my progress is going alright. i have two months before june hits. i need to get down the bf and get a more shredded look. getting bigger has been tough, at a plateau so figure if i cut the fat my hard work should show. have a good week! afmz3 hey! Yea i havent been on here too much either in feb, I had lots of visitors and I was sick so my training/diet pretty much got sidetracked. I didnt get too behind.. but I lost a month of good progress. I am back to it for the past week and I even typed myself up a chart for my diet/workouts so I will definitely do it lol.
