missladyj Hey heather, just noticed your comment :). I do weigh-ins once a week. Weight training might make your weight stall a little bit at first (if at all), but reducing carbs and cutting out processed food is going to do wonders in itself. I was worried about the same exact thing! The diet is great for burning fat though, and the weight training will just leave sexiness underneath.
