starting a 15 week bootcamp monday, 3 days a week I hope I survive! LOL
Goal (Long):
I want to be bikini ready for summer. I want to build muscle . I want to define my abs and back. tone my hips and thighs and butt. my upper body too but my main focous right now is my lower body.
on monday june 30th I started a 15 week bootcamp at my Gym, 3 days a week Monday ~ wednesday ~and ~Fridays on monday we worked my arms and wednesday we worked my legs I have never been so sore in my life my legs actually gave out on me...... I was too sore to go on Friday so I called...
Well, other than work bullsh>> and clients parents being late, and someone here having a hissy when I commented to them about someone else here giveing her a hard time.........It has been interesting. How is all with you!
Not bad. Just got out of work after spending all day doing a training on Behavioral Assesment and trying to find out what clients I will have this summer and next school year. Be nice to get to practice if the weather holds. Has rained everyday so fare this week! The boot camp sounds cool..wish i could get to one so I would have people to share the misery..happyness..with!Keep at it and continue to enjoy the summer!
nice progess so far. So how much msucle you add so far? And have you try ankle weights on the cardio machine to get your butt super tight and firm. I do it and it works gret!!
Not bad, not bad, just trying to stay busy and keep myself going. I wish I could see more improvements, but I just take heart in knowing that once my diet is tweaked right and my workout is solid, I will succeed, thank you for asking :)
