How I Started:
I was a Track and Field athlete at Syracuse University and soccer player. I have lifted weights rather casually my whole life...just recently I have gotten really serious about manipulating my body.
Why I Love It:
It's a great release for everyday stresses. Additionally, I have always believed that if you are going to have a hobby that it should be your body. What could be more important than your health.

Goal (Long):
I have been an athlete my entire life. I ran track in college and I play soccer competitively with men. As of late, my husband got me hooked on figure and muscle development believing that I could go far in this realm of sports. I have always idolized muscle and body manipulation accomplished by such athletes as: Arnold, Flex, Ronnie, Kim Chizevsky, Monica Brant and Jenny Lynne. Then I noted a shift in figure...judges looking for different things and what not. The emergence....of what I like to refer to as the NEW era of figure arose. Athletes like Gina Aliotti, Ava Cowan and Zivile Raudoniene gained recognition, all of who are youthful and beautiful. I want to be disciplined enough to accomplish only what a small portion of the population ever could - the body of a figure competitor. It's a rough road, it's going to be hard work, but I am ready for the challenge and I welcome all of the road blocks. "DO WORK CREW"
