I am glad I saw it though. It gave me desire to change my life.

OMG this is so hard to take. 4 years ago I weighed around 175 and have been around 160-165 for the last 3 years. This is just awful. I can't wait for changes

Oh my, well I know I have alot of back fat and my legs are VERY soft. Oh and at the age of 21, I have cellulite. Not good

You may not be able to see it, but I have had a great increase in muscle and as soon as I can get the excess fat off, they will start showing!

I have been working super hard and eating clean the last few weeks. I hope to see more results in the future, but this will work for now. I can see a decrease in fat. I have lost around 1-2 % bodyfat and lost 5.4 pounds so far.

I think I can tell the major loss from the side. My stomach is my enemy, but I seem to be making progress. My legs seem firmer also.

I got tired of the same pictures so I decided to do something different. I take my BF every month, but this is a way to see the visual progress. Not going to lie, this was not fun to post. Hopefully this will inspire others to post the before before picture...before the get the results

163 I have been pushing my back workouts a little more and I have been happy with the results. I have gained a little more weight due to not having the greatest diet and not working out as much, but I am still making progress.

Got out of a 4 year relationship and it has given me a jump to better myself. Been hitting the gym 6 days a week to help heal my mind, body and soul.

Lost about 5 pounds of water weight in the last few weeks. It's really interesting how your body and can get back to where you were physically, once it has been there. I am just going to work hard and get farther!

I took a month off to focus on school and I kind of let my diet go to.....it happens. Anyways, I have been back at it for the last two weeks now and I think I am almost back to where I was.

I haven't been working out as much as I would like and I can tell i gained some BF. The main thing that has helped me lose weight is to keep a food and exercise journal and keep my calories around 1300. I am doing this gain to get me back on track.
