Overall Goal: I want to live a long healthy life. This is a life change for me and so it may take longer to reach my ultimate goal, but it will be permanemt. I would like to be around 18% bodyfat and around 145 pounds.

A tornado forced me to move away from my hometown my senior year of high school to a city where I met a wonderful person that got me hooked on the "fitness high". This is a lifestyle for me and I love it! So here is a cheers to a life of workouts and protein shakes!
Why I Love It:
You know when you get done working out, breathing hard, face flushed, and you start to walk down some stairs and feel your legs go rubber? Most people hate this part, but this is when I give a little smile and go "oh ya!".
You learn so much about yourself and it makes me feel so alive!
How I Stay Motivated:
The motivation or me is to live a long healthy life for my future family.

Everyone has it...this is mine. I saw this picture and went, "Oh my god".
I am glad I saw it though. It gave me desire to change my life.
I haven't been working out as much as I would like and I can tell i gained some BF. The main thing that has helped me lose weight is to keep a food and exercise journal and keep my calories around 1300. I am doing this gain to get me back on track.

Goal (Long):
Lose 1 pound BF a week and reach a healthy, strong wight of 145 pounds. At this time, I do not have any plans to show. I would like to get involved in more activities like road biking and outdoor rock climbing. I just want to live a healthy happy life.
I have been doing about 10-20 of yoga every day before I work out and it has helped me so much in being flexible and warmed up for a long and productive workout. I feel that I fly through cardio with more ease and can lift with better form.
I went from having NO flexibility, to being able...
ewwwww finals......I don't miss those at all. My wife is glutton for punishment and getting her doctorate so she is in her last final right now. She is very much looking forward to winter break. Good luck with all that studying!
things are great...just got done with a killer leg workout...so I am basically jello below the waste at this point. I dread waking up tomorrow and walking down the stairs in the morning. That always takes a little extra time after leg day!!
Great i know that feeling havin two oprerations on same right knee ,Keep it up on, running its more about doin it reguarly than worrying about being fast,BTW your lookin great keep on Runnin
