How I Started:
I've always loved working out, even as a kid. Throughout my life, my commitment has gone through phases, where I would workout every day for a few months, then I would go a month or two without. I'd like to remain consistent with my routines and let it become a real solid lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
The more active I am, the better my quality of life. I'm happier, more energized, and my mental clarity improves. With the rigorous program I'm in, working out makes me able to keep up that much easier.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by keeping it fresh and new, whether it's a new playlist or a new fitness class. I would like to find a workout partner to hold me accountable, although I have yet to find one.
BB Accomplishments:
Over the years I have Decreased my body fat from 33% to 20%. I'd like to get it down to 15-17%. I would be happy with that.
