Background

When I Started: Aug 2005
HOW I STARTED:

My personal physician told me during a physical that I was not in good shape. And also there is a history of Diabetes and heart disease in my family

WHY I LOVE IT:

I am so vain. I like looking at myself in the mirror and I like the way working out makes me feel.

How much muscle can I add to my frame

I am about 5.75, 140 pounds.  I notice people on bodyspace who are about my height and weight 20, 30 and even 40 pounds more than I do and still maintain a lean build.  Now, I want to put on some muscle. So I am wondering how could I gain and how much muscle can I add to my frame and still look lean? What is the best way to gain muscle?  What are the best muscle gaining supplements on the market?


 

Saturday pig out

This saturday all ideas of healthy eating will be thrown to the waste side. It is all about junk food, pastries, BBQ and the dreaded Chinese food. I figure that i will consume over 3000 calories comprise of about 200 gr of fat and about the same in protein. Which will probably equate to about a 3 pound weight for the weekend.  No worries, the weight usually melts away after about 2 days of normal eating and my crazy work out routine

Taking a break from working out this week to recover from some leg and ankle issues. Going to back at it hard starting on Monday.
