When I Started: Apr, 2007
How I Started: I have always loved fitness and nutrition. But last year I had a baby, and I had to lose pounds. I began eating clean in March of 07 and taking suppliments and weight training alongside Running, Yoga and Pilates. All at home by educating myself by reading Oxygen Mag, Muscle&Fitness Hers and Womens Health Magazine. Oxygen is my Bible though, I purchased the Eat Clean Diet book by Tosca Reno in January of 2007, I have done this on my own.
Why I Love It: I love Weight Training because it makes me a better person. In every aspect of my life. Im a better Mom, It relieves stress and I feel amazing after a great training day.
How I Stay Motivated: I am returning to college this fall to study Psychology/ Nutrition/ and become a Nurse Practioner so I can REALLY help people to overcome health and wellness issues and Im about to start studying with Ace Academy in July to become a Personal Trainer, I Eat Clean, Train daily. I keep fitness and Nutrition front and center in my life and I hope to build a business that helps others do the same. Being the best for my family is all the motivation I need. BB Accomplishments: Lost a lot of weight last year. 55 pounds. This year is all about getting cut, perfecting my healthy lifestyle. And building the foundation of my Nutrition and Fitness Business.
