Background
I felt disgusted. My squeezed-out tummy, but thin arms and chest leading to my unbalanced body shape is the ignition of workout. I am determined to build huge muscles on arms, chest and rip my abdominal into 6 packs at least. I had done some dumbbell-lifting 20 years ago, I simply worked hard but unsatisfactory reults caused everything to halt. After reading Bodybuilding.com I realized work hard must also work smart and started off doing minorly 2 workouts a week, each of which lasting an hour. By now the intensity is promoted i.e. I'm now doing 4 workouts minimum a week after 3 months from starting point.
I want to transform myself to something special and amazing and get inspired by others.

Training Efficiency
Posted in Other : Sep 03, 2011 7:55amFor each hourly workout, I spend around 3 hours on researching and reviewing. I have read that , workout too often or too long during training-day can lead to a catabolic state where muscle tissues not only will not grow by anabolic growth hormone or testosterone, but will be eroded by estrogen secretion. As a result no growth no matter how much progress I make.
Does it apply to someone like me at the age of 40 who intend to gain muscle? I'm 1.8 m tall and weighing 164 lbs.
Am I under-weight or over-weight?
