How I Started:
Years ago, while I was walking past a community gym near my home, I saw man with nice shoulders and arms. I told myself that I want to be like them in the future. That partially triggered my interest for bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Every moment I see small improvements on my lifting records and mini changes on my body, my self-confidence would just skyrocket. I absolutely love that feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read articles from T-Nation, Figure Athlete as well as Bodybuilding.com to motivate and inspire myself.

Hazwanchanged Weight from 197.3 lbs. to 195.8 lbs., a 1.5 lb. loss in 81 days
Day 1 of Ramadhan will commence on this Saturday. This means no consumption of food and fluids from dawn until dusk (roughly about 12 hours of fasting). I think I will not have problem with this practice as I've been doing this since I was 5 years old. I expect a (drastic?) drop in my bodyweight...

Good Progress but if you want to get ripped. You need to eat more protein and less carbs. What's your diet like and supplements like? Diet is key to a great transformation
