i'm a certified boxing coach. I teach a morning and a PM class at my gym everyday...excelent for core training and cardio. I tried sparing but my insurance wont cover the gym. plus god forbid one of these white collar guys get knocked the fuk out or lose a tooth, i'm liable. so double end bags and heavy bags will have to do.

haha yea not to tasty. i find wide stance squats on a smiths machine works excelent, the bridge. lunges with a medicine ball out in front is great for a complete core workout on top of it. you work abs much?

no cardio, lots of food, and split routine 6 days a week, every muscle group twice. the reason i ask is that i train a female college soccer player and i have her doing mass amounts of hack squats and extensions, with mainly functional training. shes got the same leg physique as you...nice work. you work at a boxing gym?
