They dont do subscriptions. You laugh, but its a good mag. I read the men's Muscle and Fitness does that make me a dude? and you are a trainer, you should read up to see how and with what women struggle. Call it research.

Every other day, I offset abs and calves. There was an ab workout routine in the new Muscle and Fitness-Hers, its great I use that. If you can get your hands on it, its a nice workout.
