Klove8107 just stick to complex carbs.... brn rice oatmeal, whole grain whole wheat stuff.... and proteins that are low fat such as tuna chicken lean ground beef... after that just healthy fats like olive oil almonds mozz cheese (yea thats pretty good for you too) stuff like that and keep your portions to a level that suits your size and goals...
