Background
I started ages ago, I think it was for rugby, or maybe just for something to do. Anyways I trained on and off for a while making sporadic gains and gleaning a lot of knowledge about weight training, nutrition and bodybuilding. I came back to training (after a long break from sport, work, school, training, self esteem and generally living a life) with the knowledge of how to train etc. so I didn't have to go through that beginner/learning stage that most people have to go through.
It invigorates me, it challenges me, and most of all it forces me to give an input - nowhere else to you get what you give as much as in bodybuilding.
