Overall Goal: Gain Muscle/Lose Body Fat. I want a big chest and ripped Abs.

How I Started:
Wanted to work out all my life, i couldnt get motivated at home but finally earnt a big enough wage on part time work to afford a gym membership.
Why I Love It:
You stay fit and healthy with the right foods and exercise per day as well as gaining muscle and tone on the way to great body. Every time you look in the mirror you can notice subtle changes.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch bodybuilding videos, look at body transformations and progress pictures from other bodybuilders and think back to when i was called the skinny kid in high school and how it made me feel.

Gain Muscle/Lose Body Fat. I want a big chest and ripped Abs.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain muscle but also lose body fat. All my life my arms have been an advantage because they always seem to be bigger than the rest of me. I really want to develop a big chest and ripped Abs, i want to be able to look at myself in the mirror and see the hard work has paid off. I would like to be around 190 pounds, 10-12% body fat and be able to bench 170-180 pounds on the bench press. Hopefully with the hard work this will happen in 12-18 months.
He has a similar body type and size to mine, he knows what he is doing and definately gains the rewards for it. He inspires me to work harder and go one better every time i train.
