I have always been health-conscious and have some mates interested in bodybuilding. After seeing one compete, I have decided it is time to get massive!
Why I Love It:
My ass looks better if I squat. That's why I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Check out my butt everyday. Fitness mags. Bodyspace (there are some great bodies here!) Talking fitness with everyonneeee (all my friends are sick of me!)
BB Accomplishments:
Push ups on my toes, like most blokes do. 17.5kgs for 10 reps, DB Bench POWERSET! squatting 45kgs for 10-12 reps (deep)

Well well well!

 2nd post, been training hard for over 6 weeks now and I'm starting to see some improvement. My shoulders seem to be getting a little shape to them which is great. Can't wait to bulk up some more!

lol im not sure what bodyfat is i would assume 12-13% and im 92kgs so 7 kgs and a loss of 3% bodyfat and ima be rockin. Then youll have to get nude and play a guitar for money at flinders lol DEAL!!!

haha no the confidence is good..lol at 150kgs hell no i dont want the huge bber look 99kgs 8% bodyfat is my goal. If i get to that within the next 2 years id be your slave for a week or ill dack myself and run across flinders st
