How I Started:
I became self conscious and a friend recommended that I try this out.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better to look in the mirror and see results. When lifting weights, I like to push myself and see if I can get just a little further each day.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend helps me out a lot and knowing that after my workout I can have a sense of accomplishment. I love taking pictures to see the results.
Depression kicked in, and I got caught up with other events in my life. I added too much weight...determined to get back down to my old pic and then some.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
We try to motivate each other. When we are working the same schedule, we workout together. The only bad thing with that was, I was trying to lose weight and he was trying to gain it. For a while I did fine with smaller portioned meals until I started eating bigger portions because I didn't want to waste food. I've started watching what and how much I am eating again, and my boyfriend is trying to help me out with that. He tells me I'm beautiful everyday.We try to motivate each other. Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pro: Other people there are motivated and may have the same goals.
Con: The base gym has mandatory squadron PT making equipment limited.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Missy Peregrym. She is very toned. After I lose the fat, I plan on getting toned, and maintaining it.
Why I like this video: This movie has always motivated and energized me to keep working out. Their training seems tough, and their results really show. And she never gave up.

well congrats on the big 21! yea i just got done moving into my new place. it's pretty close to where dan lives and works out so we'll be able to pick things up again, with the gym. how much schooling have you gotten done? hehe, nothing like a little eye candy to get you motivated huh?
