What is your cardio exercise plan?
I walk my dogs in the morning for about 30 minutes on the days I don't lift in the A.M. If I lift in the A.M, I'll do 30 mins of cardio on my lunch break and then 30-60 mins after work. Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I have a group of buddies I've met at the gym. We sometimes help each other out w/ spotting or training advice. But it's pretty sporadic. I just enjoy talking to others about fitness! OH MY GOD!!! I cannot eat any more NSV (Non-Starchy Veggies)!!! AAAHHH. A cup of veggies tastes/feels more than it actually appears to me. Every friggin meal I eat 1 f'n cup of damn NSV and I cannot finish my food. Not my damn 3.5oz of chicken, not the cup of veggies, nothing! IS THIS GOOD?...
Good going! I have just been maintaining so something needs to change if i want to look good for Summer....lol. I'm feeling pretty good and slowly increasing the weight at the gym while listening to my body.
I know...but just gotta make sure I'm ready to hit the stage and I don't think I will be...I won't get on stage again w/o being 110% ready. Good luck to her though and let me know how she does.
yeah my body is being stubborn and I keep injuying my back and keep falling behind so I've pulled out of both shows in june and working towards a show in Alabama july 11th..How have you been?
