My coach in High School made us work out at least 3 times per week. I then trained on and off in college but not until last deployment in 2005 did I see dramatic results.
Why I Love It:
I love the adrenaline rush you get from not only pushing/pulling crazy weight but also the results you see after all the hard work pays off!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a huge 5'x3' poster of Arnold in the back of my locker that I look at every morning when I wake up... I strive to some day reach his level (but natuaraly), it also dosnt hurt to know when you walk by a crowd of people you can see their expression of "wow, that dude is jacked!"
BB Accomplishments:
My abs for sure! Ive never been able to see them until this recent profile photo I have posted. Im blessed with big arms and shoulders from my dad but my genetics leave me with a very slow metabolism... I had to work extremely hard at the diet and cardio to reach these goals.

Im straight and single ;) .... na na ok so I reached my goal of 6% in 11 weeks instead of the 12 weeks I gave myself so Im beyond pleased with that goal set. Now I just got back from a 2 week vacation to Europe, so I had to indulge and sample all the great food as well as drink that Europe has to offer. Well I expected it but I lost most of my cuts and gained 6 lbs. So now Im back to hitting it hard and working to hit 5% this time with a little more mass. Wish me luck!
This was taken starting week 6 of my 12 week diet/shredd session. Ive never had a "sculpted" 6 pack. I currently have 11.5% bodyfat at 193 lbs. My goal at week 12 is to be under 8% bodyfat and around 185lbs.

Goal (Long):
Ive been training for 8 weeks, with 1 more to go for the 4th annual Bodybuilding competion. My diet is more strict than it has ever been and Im reeping the results !
