Yeah, I would definitely teach you but I just moved from FL to Oklahoma and so there isnt an ocean here. Do you have an ocean hidden somewhere in Montana maybe? haha

Yeah, I know what you mean. I was putting on weight finally but then I moved and so I havent found a gym or had money to spend on extra food so I've just been trying to keep as much muscle as I can. I'm going back on my training plan next monday though.

Hey, right now im taking ISO-Mass extreme gainer. I think its made by Ultimate Nutrition. It has around 1,000 calories per serving and taste pretty good.

Thanks, your in really good shape yourself .I wish I knew a way to gain muscle fast. I have a really hard time gaining weight so I got a weight gainer powder and now im starting to make decent gains. So hopefully I can put on 15 or 20 pounds eventually

Thats awesome, I live on the Gulf of Mexico which only gets good waves in winter during cold fronts. Sometimes hurricanes come through and we get decent waves but not a ton. Its super fun though.

Pretty good, right now I'm working on cutting out everything i'm use to eating and going on a clean eating mass gain type diet. I'm going to try to put on as much muscle as I can hopefully.

Yeah, I don't really like chocolate either, I'm trying to get up to about 165lbs or so at like 8% body fat but I lose weight really fast and it's hard to eat a ton. When do you usually take it?

Yeah, I just need to get my chest and shoulders to catch up now haha. How does the True Mass taste? I think I need a good gainer because I seem to lose weight just by standing still.
