How I Started:
I started because I wanted to be in better shape for surfing. I've spent the last year or so not paying attention to what I eat and without any real training schedule and I'm not happy with my progress so I decided its time to get serious.
Why I Love It:
Its fun to see how far you can push yourself and to see the results that it brings.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm hoping that seeing my progress on here will help me stay motivated. Also if you got any advice on supplements and bulking up let me know.

I have a decent back already from surfing. I don't train it too heavy usually because I surf quite a bit and so it gets worked more that once a week through that. I'm going to train alittle bit heavier though

thanx. theres not alot of surf here but in cylcone season (which is now) the surf is really good but u need to go out a fair way. so its only locals there and most of the time its just me. its really nice.

truemass is the best protein you can get..along with syntha 6..depending on ur goals..truemass is what it says.. i give u my word, u wont find a btter tasting protein.. i use strawberry milkshake tho..i dont like the chocolate..

Good for you! You need to go to the website and look at the product to see what your goals are...you want to gain muscle and then look at the different stacks. Let me know what you think!
