How I Started:
I wanted to change EVERYTHING.
Why I Love It:
It allows me to focus on nothing but pushing to lift that weight. It helps me get rid of stress, and rid myself of all my worries at least for that single moment.
How I Stay Motivated:
Girls.
BB Accomplishments:
I've gained more than 50 lbs, probably 40-45 of which is pure muscle.
Two years later sitting at 182 lbs, and 8.4% body fat. All my lifts have more than quadroupled.
Squat (95 lbs) -> (350 lbs)
Deadlift (135 lbs) -> (415 lbs)
Barbell Bench Press (75 lbs) -> (250 lbs)
I want to be around 195-200 lbs at 6-7% body fat with my deadlift around 550-600 lbs, my squat at 450 lbs and my barbell bench press at 300-350 lbs. I train specifically for aesthetic purposes, but once I reach my intended weight, I plan to train completely for strength. For pretty much all of my life, I was picked on in junior high and high school. I wasn't comfortable with who I was and even moreso with my body. I hated being one of the weakest kids in my school, and extremely scrawny.
