To lose body fat, tone up, and gain muscle. Duhh!! who doesn't?
Goal (Long):
I will try to eat really good for the next three months and exercise three times a week with weights followed by cardio for 40 minutes. On the non workout days I will do cardio for 45 minutes. I will be going heavy with full body compound lifts in a superset. Let's see what happens...

I want to LOSE 10 lb
