Reason: A little bias since she is my wife, but I have seen first hand how hard she has worked. She has gone from a skinny mother of two to a succesful NPC figure competitor in just a little more than 1 1/2 years. Were it not for her dedication to consistent exercise and healthy eating I would've given up on myself for sure. Now, I can't let her be more succesful than me! Actually, at the rate she is going, it is inevitable.
