Needed to gain muscle/weight for college soccer.

Graduating from high school I only weighed 150 pounds, I played soccer and was a wide receiver in football, so I didn't need to be big really. I am now about 185 and have gained so much in all my lifts, for having such a high metabolism and being a hard gainer, that is an accomplishment in itself.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Having a workout partner helps give me motivation because they encourage me to do better. Also, they make sure I don't break form and I am able to do more weight because I know someone has my back.
