My appendix ruptured and I almost died. It tired me to climb a flight of stairs when I got back to school. And for sports.

Gain muscle, endurance, strength, power, endurance, speed. I want it all.

I'm planning on training in martial arts again, rock climbing, running track, Parkour, and some other sports again.
My goals are overall athletic conditioning. Strength, power, speed, explosiveness, endurance in both aerobic and anaerobic, agility.
