This was the end of my Month challenge thing I did to try and get in better shape... Looking back it was a pretty good difference for just one month.
After this one month I pretty much maintained and lost a little more BF but not much...

This is 15 Days later with an empty jug of No Xplode and Anabolic Halo. I am pleased with the results. Note my diet has been pretty good during this last month also.

Since its cold now I haven't been eating as clean and trying to just eat more... I want to get to 175 whether a little chub follows or not.. I already know I can melt the fat away... that part seems easy

Still been hittin the gym hard. I am getting a little sick right now but hopefully its just a small cold. SuperPump250 did not work for me.
IntraAID is worth every penny in my opinion
BSN CellMass I am still taking, seems to be working fine.
Any suggestions for my next stack would be appreciated.. looking for good Pre-Intra-Post ideas.

Needed another progress pic, been a few days. My diet has been a little off normal, going to get that back on track starting tonight. Other than that progress in Gym is great. Still taking BSN CellMass... I will probably get some more sups towards end of month.

After Thanksgiving! Didn't eat too bad, had a lot of turkey and some mash tato's n noodles. Figured I would keep myself honest with an after Thanksgiving Progress update just incase I was tempted.

Busy but still hittin gym. I just got another tub of N.O. Xplode. I love the focus and energy it gives me- 1 scoop through the entire tub. Trying to bulk a little- upping my protein intake from about 200g to 300g. 200g from Straight food and the other 100 supplemented w/shake. I also took 2 weeks off over x-mas... Body needs a week or two break after 3-4 months lifting.

Have been hittin the gym hard. Supersets and nothing but. Really upped the intensity the past week. Been trying to make sense of the workouts rather than just work out. Just as anything, intelligence goes a LOT further than power.

Still been eating a lot. I can see a size difference, little bit is chub thats followed the High Protein diet but not bad. This is the heaviest I've weighed in at, right at 165 this morning (sure it will be less tomorrow). Still want to gain some decently clean mass before summer gets here. THEN i will start getting shredded.

Been 2 weeks since last progress pic. Next will be around 3 weeks. Feel good. Been eating clean, still high protein. Still keeping short to no breaks between sets. Not sure if I gained or not? I feel like I have but sometimes I'm not the best judge. Can't wait, a little longer and I am going to start cutting hard.

Couple more weeks have went by. This last week I have been playing a little with my diet to still be able to grow without any "soft" gain. Feel good and lifts are going up, so is my weight. I took this picture thinking I might find a small gain of chub but it doesn't seem like it, pleasant surprise.
